Instructions

Clean & dry your skin. Peel off 3 release films on each patch.
Paste 1, 2 or 3 patches onto Tian Tu, Dan Zhong, Da Zhui acupoints as needed
Paste up to 6 hours and remove the patches.
Maintain normal level of water consumption during patch usage for optimal effectiveness.
